A waterproof heated mattress pad combines bed-surface warmth with a barrier against spills, but the available options differ in controls, materials, and mattress fit. Bedsure is best for shoppers who want multiple heat and timer settings; Serta is better for couples who need separate temperature controls; and Bwarm is a queen-size option with a deep elastic pocket. UNIKOME is included as a nonheated waterproof alternative, not as a heated pad.
| Product | Best For | Key Detail |

Bedsure Waterproof Heated Mattress Pad Queen
This queen-size Bedsure pad is best for buyers who want detailed control over warmth and operating time. It offers 10 heating levels and 12 time settings, with heating wire technology described as providing precise temperature control. The top is 100% cotton, with a quilted hourglass design and heat-retaining filling.
The listed safety details include ETL and FCC certifications, 74 safety tests conducted in a Bedsure Intertek-Recognized Satellite Lab, and a default eight-hour automatic shutoff. Choose this model if adjustable settings, a cotton top, and an automatic shutoff matter to you. The product information does not specify a mattress-depth range, so check fit details before buying for a thick mattress.
Serta Waterproof Heated Mattress Pad Queen
The Serta queen pad is best for couples who want independent warmth on each side of the bed. Its dual controllers provide dual-zone temperature adjustment, allowing each sleeper to choose a separate setting. The product description says the pad protects against spills and pet accidents and fits most premium mattresses up to 17 inches thick.
Serta states that the pad is ETL certified and independently tested. Choose it if separate controls and a stated mattress-depth limit are priorities. Avoid this option if your mattress is thicker than 17 inches, since the listed fit guidance does not cover deeper mattresses. The supplied details do not identify the number of heat settings or timer options.
Serta Waterproof Heated Mattress Pad King
This Serta king-size option is best for larger beds where two sleepers want separate temperature control. Its dual controllers and dual-zone capability let each side be adjusted independently. It is also described as protecting against spills and pet accidents and fitting most premium mattresses up to 17 inches thick.
The listed safety information identifies ETL certification and independent testing. Choose the king version if the bed requires that size and separate controls are useful. A key limitation is the 17-inch maximum mattress thickness stated in the product details; confirm your bed’s depth before ordering. The information provided does not list specific heat levels or timed shutoff settings.
Bwarm Waterproof Heated Mattress Pad Queen
The Bwarm queen pad is best for shoppers focused on a fitted design for a mattress up to 18 inches deep. Its listed dimensions are 60 by 80 inches, and an all-around elastic pocket is intended to help it fit securely. The stated material is polyester fibre.
Choose this model if the queen dimensions and 18-inch pocket match your mattress. The supplied product details do not specify heat settings, timer controls, or safety certifications, so compare the full listing if those features are important to your purchase. Its key advantage in the provided information is the stated pocket depth and elastic fit.
UNIKOME Waterproof Queen Mattress Pad
UNIKOME is best for buyers who want waterproof mattress protection but do not need electric heat. This is a nonheated mattress pad, so it is not a direct replacement for a waterproof heated mattress pad. Its five-layer design includes a breathable microfiber surface, blended filling, a waterproof TPU layer, and quiet knit fabric. The listing describes it as machine washable and designed for mattresses 8 to 21 inches deep.
Choose it if waterproofing, a quiet surface, and a broad stated fit range matter more than warming the bed. Avoid it if you need built-in heat or temperature controls; none are listed. Its inclusion provides a relevant non-electric option for shoppers comparing heated and standard waterproof pads.
Buying Guide: How To Choose A Waterproof Heated Mattress Pad
Which controls do you need?
For more precise customization, Bedsure lists 10 heat levels and 12 time settings. The Serta queen and king models focus on dual-zone control, which is useful when two sleepers prefer different warmth levels. Bwarm’s supplied details do not name its control options, so verify those specifications if settings are a deciding factor.
How deep is your mattress?
Compare the pocket or mattress-depth limit with your bed before choosing. Bwarm lists an 18-inch pocket, while both Serta descriptions state a fit limit of up to 17 inches. UNIKOME, the nonheated alternative, lists a fit range of 8 to 21 inches. The available Bedsure details do not provide a depth range.
Do you need heat, waterproofing, or both?
For warmth and spill protection in one product, focus on the heated models whose names and descriptions identify them as waterproof. If you only need a waterproof layer, UNIKOME is a nonheated option. Check care instructions and control details on the product listing before purchase, because they are not provided for every model here.
